The Yacht Division has a busy sailing programme for 2010, so mark up your calendar. The full programme booklet is available via the Yachting Programme links on the right and hard copies are available from the clubhouse bar.

Inshore yacht racing for competitive sailors: Three full regatta weekends and seven Sundays, with a variety of trophies on every race day. Why not have a crack at the Club Championship?

Offshore yacht racing: Three offshore races run on Saturdays, with trophies on each race and a chance at the Offshore Championship. There is also the Yeppoon-Mackay race, and the Whitsunday Offshore Race Circuit series.

Fun sailing: Four Sundays set aside for not so serious “Rum Races” and Lady Skippers' races.

Cruise & Party at the beach BBQ: Five weekend cruises, each to a different island. Power boats welcome.

Social Sailing on Saturday afternoons: This is on every Saturday if the winds are not over 15knot, and is a way of introducing newcomers to sailing, or just having a relax on the water.
